What is a Site Evaluation Report?

Similar to an Environmental Impact Study (EIS), a Site Evaluation Report (SER) is undertaken to review site-specific environmental constraints to development. An SER is typically more focused than an EIS, and can involve the review of biological and/or physical constraints, such as steep slopes or wetlands.
